Inky Notion

Inky Notion helps you keep the clarity of handwriting without losing the benefits of digital organization. Instead of typing everything into an app, you simply write on paper as usual, snap a photo, and Inky Notion converts your handwriting into a clean, searchable page inside your Notion workspace.

The goal is straightforward: reduce screen time while still making your ideas easy to find, edit, and store. Whether you’re journaling, planning projects, or taking quick meeting notes, Inky Notion turns paper notes into structured Notion pages you can search later—so your notebooks don’t become a black hole of forgotten thoughts.

After you capture an image of your notes, Inky Notion transcribes the content and sends it directly to Notion. Your notes remain accessible across devices through Notion, while the original workflow stays comfortably offline: pen, paper, and a quick photo when you’re ready.

Inky Notion is designed for people who think better on paper but want digital backup, organization, and retrieval. It’s especially useful when you need a reliable archive of handwritten material—like ongoing journals, recurring meeting notes, study sessions, or brainstorming drafts—without manually retyping everything.
